[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my shed and so will my chickens. After we assembled the shed we noticed the back wall needed more support due to the fact it was bowed in. I called Lifetime and Brady informed me I was supposed to have more of the support bars and sent them out to me right away. I have had many different Lifetime products and I have never been disappointed. Until recently I never had to call Lifetime about their product but working with them is a complete pleasure. I will continue to buy their products because they make a great product and treat their customers like they appreciate their business.

I contacted Lifetime products and filed an online warranty claim on Monday June 28. I received the replacement parts on Friday July 2nd. Wow talk about customer service i couldn't believe how quick the response was. Thanks again to Lifetime Products and cs rep. Brenna. I highly recommend Lifetime not only for great products but also their great customer service which based on this experience is second to none. Thank you again

Very nice shed! Only complaint is the instructions were a little hard to follow. I'm a very knowledgeable person when it comes to building or putting things together but even I found the instructions a little hard to follow. With 3 people I was able to put it together in about 4 hours.

It took my wife and I about 7 hours to assemble this, not including the platform we had to build. I made my platform 4' longer in the front for a porch because we're using the building as an off grid cabin. One tip: you can just use 8' 2x4s to save quite a bit of time and effort cutting them. There will just be about an inch on either side of the shed. It's sturdy, goes together relatively easily, although I would recommend using the suggested app because there are a few parts that are hard to tell apart. The app is step by step and lets you zoom in and turn objects. Very VERY handy. The only problem I had was at the very end: the plastic area for the screw broke on one of the transparent roof panels. It was only one, so I was still able to secure it with the remaining screws. Just be careful not to over-tighten those screws.

Finally was able to find one of these in a club. Drove 100 miles to buy it. Happy with the shed, but... The shed is great. The installation instructions not so much. If you buy, be careful when installing the door edge channels. Instructions not clear on orientation of the funky shaped channel that "slips" (not easily) over the inner edge of both doors. Got the doors into the shed only to learn that one (on the locking side) was installed wrong, both flat pieces on the same side. Indent on the locking door was supposed to be on the inside, on other door is supposed to be flat on outside (was). Removal of the channel is harder than the installation, but... Finally (after trying for over three weeks) got to speak with their tech help. The key is to lubricate it with first nearly boiling water and immediately follow with similar water with a lot of dish soap. Removal then is OK. In summary, GREAT shed, BAD instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with the 8 X 10 shed and it was a delight to assemble! For anyone thinking about building this shed, here are my recommendations: As per the instructions, build your base exactly to the dimensions. I used 2 X 6 pressure treated boards. I then put a 4 X 4 "leg" at each corner and filled the hole with concrete. This was to make sure things stayed stable and secure. Make sure the foundation is exactly square and level, or you will regret it when it comes to building the shed and especially hanging the doors. I build radio control airplanes and so I am used to reading through the instructions of a kit and visualizing the steps before I do anything. Do this and watch the videos! Pre-assemble all the structures that you can and then begin to build. You will need another person to help and preferably someone who knows something about building things when you start with the floor and walls. The shed really goes together easily and well, but make sure you read and look at the illustrations carefully. The instructions are totally adequate. As I said, it was a delight to build and we are very pleased with the results. The day after it was completed we had severe storms with torrential rain. Not a drop was in the shed! One more thing - use an battery screwdriver and make sure it is on low speed and the clutch is also set on low. You do not need to power drive the screws in! Make sure the holes are lined up and always take a second look before you insert the screws. Careful planning and reading/visualizing of the instructions will yield an excellent result.

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Very sturdy once together. It takes at least two people to do the job. It took a couple of days to do the job, but that was taking our time. Need to have a good foundation ready before you start. Getting the doors aligned properly is the biggest problem, for me anyway. Good quality.

Bought about a month ago. She'd is well built. Has nice faux wood pattern that will look great in front or back yard. We bought a suncast and also craftsman but ended up returning the units due to warped panels during high temperatures in the NE. Missing window panels for the doors. Had to call customer service. Panels arrived 5 days later so service is definitely high quality. I would buy again when we are upgrading to a bigger size shed.

I had purchased the shed about 2 yrs ago and it has been great -everything has worked and remained clean. The skylight system warped and failed and I sent an email asking where I might purchase a replacement part-they contacted me and have sent out replacements with an apology for the failure. Excellent support which is so rare these days-really appreciate them standing behind the products they sell.

When I called to get a replacement part the customer service person was friendly, informative and sent out a new part, free of charge including shipping. I could not believe it. I will continue to buy from Lifetime!
