I bought a storage shed 4 years ago and the skylight cracked during a hail storm. I call the support hotline and the agent was very helpful. Within minutes he resolved the issue. He's sending me a new skylight and a handful of new screws to complete the task. Thank you.

The Shed went together with no problem. My wife and I are very happy with the purchased. I used my old sheds base adding new surface to it, and I plan on adding a mini side porch the shed

I shopped a long time before finally deciding to purchase my storage shed from Lifetime. I made the perfect choice. It took 2 days to construct it. It could be a little daunting to build if you don't do DYI projects but if you follow the instruction faithfully, you should be okay. I will admit the instructions are a bit confusing at times which was the #1 negative in almost all the comments I read. Just follow the steps... There is more than enough room for everything. Happy with my purchase

When I called to get a replacement part the customer service person was friendly, informative and sent out a new part, free of charge including shipping. I could not believe it. I will continue to buy from Lifetime!

I had purchased the shed about 2 yrs ago and it has been great -everything has worked and remained clean. The skylight system warped and failed and I sent an email asking where I might purchase a replacement part-they contacted me and have sent out replacements with an apology for the failure. Excellent support which is so rare these days-really appreciate them standing behind the products they sell.

This shed is very nice other the delivery was a nightmare. Sams Club and the freight company they used was non responsive. The shed however is great. My one problem was the instructions and hardware had different letters ring and the hardware was not marked well. We managed to put it together but it took longer then it should have because of the poorly marked hardware. I would recommend this shed however.

The prep work is the key for a smooth install with a solid base and a level platform. A door problem seems to have been corrected when lifetime sent thinner replacement frames. The u tube installation video was a big help building the shed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shed approx. 6 years ago and recently discovered a broken piece on the skylight roof. I contacted Lifetime products and filed an online warranty claim on Monday June 28. I received the replacement parts on Friday July 2nd. Wow talk about customer service i couldn't believe how quick the response was. Thanks again to Lifetime Products and cs rep. Brenna. I highly recommend Lifetime not only for great products but also their great customer service which based on this experience is second to none. Thank you again
