I bought a storage shed 4 years ago and the skylight cracked during a hail storm. I call the support hotline and the agent was very helpful. Within minutes he resolved the issue. He's sending me a new skylight and a handful of new screws to complete the task. Thank you.

I shopped a long time before finally deciding to purchase my storage shed from Lifetime. I made the perfect choice. It took 2 days to construct it. It could be a little daunting to build if you don't do DYI projects but if you follow the instruction faithfully, you should be okay. I will admit the instructions are a bit confusing at times which was the #1 negative in almost all the comments I read. Just follow the steps... There is more than enough room for everything. Happy with my purchase

I had purchased the shed about 2 yrs ago and it has been great -everything has worked and remained clean. The skylight system warped and failed and I sent an email asking where I might purchase a replacement part-they contacted me and have sent out replacements with an apology for the failure. Excellent support which is so rare these days-really appreciate them standing behind the products they sell.

Very nice to deal with, and my shed is something I would recommend or any of their other products which I also own.

Bought about a month ago. She'd is well built. Has nice faux wood pattern that will look great in front or back yard. We bought a suncast and also craftsman but ended up returning the units due to warped panels during high temperatures in the NE. Missing window panels for the doors. Had to call customer service. Panels arrived 5 days later so service is definitely high quality. I would buy again when we are upgrading to a bigger size shed.

It took my wife and I about 7 hours to assemble this, not including the platform we had to build. I made my platform 4' longer in the front for a porch because we're using the building as an off grid cabin. One tip: you can just use 8' 2x4s to save quite a bit of time and effort cutting them. There will just be about an inch on either side of the shed. It's sturdy, goes together relatively easily, although I would recommend using the suggested app because there are a few parts that are hard to tell apart. The app is step by step and lets you zoom in and turn objects. Very VERY handy. The only problem I had was at the very end: the plastic area for the screw broke on one of the transparent roof panels. It was only one, so I was still able to secure it with the remaining screws. Just be careful not to over-tighten those screws.

When I called to get a replacement part the customer service person was friendly, informative and sent out a new part, free of charge including shipping. I could not believe it. I will continue to buy from Lifetime!

Very nice shed! Only complaint is the instructions were a little hard to follow. I'm a very knowledgeable person when it comes to building or putting things together but even I found the instructions a little hard to follow. With 3 people I was able to put it together in about 4 hours.
