Bought 4 years ago. Good shed but skylight came apart and is leaking the intire length of roof . Very complicated fix. That's the week point.

I see it requires wooden or concrete foundation minimally 2” off ground to not void warranty, cAn concrete pavers work or does it have to be one solid slab poured?

Absolutely love this shed. Took me two days to put it together. Instructions were easy to follow. Lots of interior space and the exterior look was just right for the yard.

Excellent customer service when ordering parts. Very pleasant experience. Thank you for explaining the delays due to Covid but also informing me that all the needed parts are available.

I bought my shed at a major retailer and setup a time for delivery and build, they told i needed a 10x8 slab of concrete so i did that which was $450 and after a week of settling they came out looked at the spot where the slab was and said nope can't build it, i was like all of the parts are in the inside of the shed the guy was like nope sorry bye and left. So now I'm out $450 and a slab concrete in the back I'm not going to use. Not very happy and everyone keeps blaming each other so probably one of my worst experiences overall ever purchasing sometime.

I got my shed and the doors were bent and Lifetime sent me new doors, no reluctance at all, thanks, we love our shed.

Had this shed for a few years now and the skylight has split open at the seam and now the shed leaks like crazy.
