Really cool can use the app to control it or remote which makes it super easy to operate, easy to clean filter. Little heavy to lift make sure you have two people to assist. Overall great ac.

Along with the remote that comes with it the voice control is a very nice feature. However, it is heavy and bulky. The side panels are also difficult to install and don't fit very well.

Assembly and installation were very easy and took less than 30 minutes. I love the remote and WiFi features. This is definitely the most advanced AC I've ever had. My bedroom has stayed nice and cool thanks to the various settings, including an eco mode. I can't wait to use this AC all summer!

Go with another brand. I've only had it for a year and the thing is leaking so bad it's ruined my hardwood floors. Worked fine for a year no problems then out of nowhere it's dumping gallons of water on my floor. Called and asked for help and just had some lady with an attitude blow me off. Won't ever buy their product again.

No sharp corners for curtains or shades to catch on, so that is appreciated. The installation was very easy, however, be aware someone or better yet, at least 2 people should install this in the window because it is very heavy. As far as performance, wow, it is powerful! The room temperature was 75, and decreased to 68, in about half hour (the size of the room will affect this as well). Much quicker than central air or portable air conditioners. This A/C also has smart technology built in, for example, it will remember the last settings and keep them when you turn it on again. Downloading the matching app was easy and adding the device was as simple as scanning the QR code. So one can use their phone or the remote to change the settings or turning it on/off. The filter is located in the front, easily accessible and can be washed! I highly recommend this air conditioner for its power and durability.

I am am to put it on a setting where it goes off and then on so it is not constantly on which is very convenient for me.

It's extremely quiet and super lightweight. It's easy to clean and the vent moves easily to dust it. The app is easy to use to control it away from home! We love it!!!

It has an eco mode, which is awesome but also an option to select if you want the air recirculated from the air inside or outside. Cooling is very effective. We felt cool air within minutes of having it on. It's not as heavy as your typical AC units. The touch display responds really well, and the remote works from a distance. We feel like the until will last a long time. Everything you need is included.
