love it so far

A very nice small compact unit. It is not overly loud but it’s not soundless either. Sounds like a fan running and it gets a bit louder as the compressor kicks on. There are no rattles or clicks like some say . It’s cooling my big room nicely.

Easy install..

Works great. Noise is satisfactory. However the unit does not have a visible drain hole . Is there a drain hole ?

Bought two weeks ago and the control labels are wearing off.

We had to put scotch tape over the labels so that the unit could still be used without using the remote. Should be recalled.
