It keeps our small bedroom cool, but two of the words rubbed off,one being the power button after about 5 days of use. Which is very annoying since they are touch screen buttons and not physical buttons. Have to draw on a power button with nail polish or something so we remember where to touch!

My central ac unit is to small for the house I rent so I figured this would help cool off the hotter parts of the house. Needless to say it almost cools the entire house. I love how I can connect to my phone. And the digital display. The economy feature is fantastic. There are just too many other features to list. Definitely two thumbs up!

This company does not back their product. Had unit for 3 days, and the symbols on the control panel rubbed off. Called customer support did exactly what they told me to doe. They played the waiting game. When I contacted customer support , they did absolutely nothing to help me, other than a can speech. Support representives where very unprofessional, they told be to take the product back where I purchase, get a refund and then buy the product again. Now why would I buy the same product again, when this unit has a design problem . I read over 100 reviews about my same problem, and they were told to do the same.

It's very energy efficent. Easy to set up. Has a handheld remote and a cell phone app that makes operating the air conditioner even easier than a manual one. Runs great. I have a large room upstairs thats my daughters room. The sun beats on my house all day. The room always gets so hot and air conditioners seem to struggle to keep cool even with black out curtains. No black out curtains and this A/C works amazing

When I get home the house is already wonderfully cool.If I was at home I could use my Amazon Alexa to turn this air conditioner on, also. It cools my bedroom and living room very quickly. It runs very quietly so that I can sleep. The air blows in four different directions so it cools all parts of my rooms. Another great feature is, it's Energy Star rated to save me money on my electric bill.

My husband installed it in our guest room which we just recently added in our house. The room cools easily within minutes and I like the fact that it also dehumidifies and ventilate because I have a very sensitive son who easily gets irritated during summer times due to his allergies. Also, it's an energy saver so it doesn't really cost us much with our electric bill even if it's in use it's every night. Unit worked great for the first 6 months. After that, a very loud rattle developed whenever the compressor runs. I wish I could upload a video for you all to hear. It still cools our bedroom just fine, but having the machine run while sleeping is impossible due to the noise.
