This company does not back their product. Had unit for 3 days, and the symbols on the control panel rubbed off. Called customer support did exactly what they told me to doe. They played the waiting game. When I contacted customer support , they did absolutely nothing to help me, other than a can speech. Support representives where very unprofessional, they told be to take the product back where I purchase, get a refund and then buy the product again. Now why would I buy the same product again, when this unit has a design problem . I read over 100 reviews about my same problem, and they were told to do the same.

Not only can you use the buttons on the front panel itself to adjust the temperature you want the room to be but also it can be done by remote control. We downloaded an app in which you can turn it on/off while away from home in which we just went to the beach and turned it on as we were headed home and the house was cool when we arrived home. There is a sleep mode mode you can set or even a fan mode so many different options. This is the perfect window unit.

It cools our large bedroom and small kitchen well in the Florida summer. It’s surprisingly quiet for a window unit. The filter is easy to access and easy to clean which I love. You can download an app or connect the controls to your Amazon Alexa which is so cool. The display on the front is big and clear so you can always see what the temperature is at. It has multiple settings and an energy saving mode. I love that it also has a remote. All around this is a great window unit and I would definitely recommend.

It was an easy installation and set up. I am able to control the air conditioner using my Alexa. I also enjoy the sleep well feature that the system has, I would definitely recommend this product!

When I get home the house is already wonderfully cool.If I was at home I could use my Amazon Alexa to turn this air conditioner on, also. It cools my bedroom and living room very quickly. It runs very quietly so that I can sleep. The air blows in four different directions so it cools all parts of my rooms. Another great feature is, it's Energy Star rated to save me money on my electric bill.

A bit time consuming with install and then connecting to wifi etc. Keeps my big living room and kitchen cold. The remote works great especially for those lazy days!! I would recommend this AC!
