Mercedes Benz ML250 Bluetech

Since changing from Continental Cross Tracks(Only got 19k miles on them) to the Mich Premiere LXT, the MB rides so much better and they handle great in the Rain. I live in Colorado and waiting to see how they handle in the snow. Slightly better Fuel mileage overall.

“Nother Disappointed Michelin Customer.

Only got 39 months and 45K Km out of these tires I was trying to make last the supposed 100 km, with rotations, attention to tire pressure and conservative driving. They were good handling and quiet. Guess I'll be contacted by “a member of our Consumer Care team” and will be reaching your office at 1-866-866-6605.”!!

Outstanding Tire

Replaced the original Continentals that came with the 2014 Acura MDX/AWD with the Premier LTX. Definitely a smoother and quieter ride! No real complaints about the Continentals but I only got 41,000 out of them; 50/50 street/highway driving plus 10 miles a day in a canyon with many turns. After a drive to Palm Springs from L.A. I put these tires through the paces; pouring rain on the way out at speeds ranging from 65 to 75, on the way home very, very high cross winds and highway speeds of 65 to 80. A GREAT ride all in all. If I ran into heavy "rain groves" cut into the concrete on the freeway they tended to make the MDX "wonder" a little bit.

Grippy and Quiet

I changed over from a set of Latitude Tour HP (v-rated) to this Premier LTX (h-rated). My initial concern was grip but was amazed with the cornering and braking capabilities of these tires once I tried to push them harder than usual - just to test them. (Not too many Lexus RX450H SUV owners will ever drive aggressively). Having a luxury vehicle means that tire noise must be kept to a minimum and these tires are no exception. Mainly highway driven, I find these tires to be very quiet and smooth - even on uneven surfaces. I have also driven through heavy rain downpours with great confidence. Thanks for a great product.

Poor tread wear

Bought these tires 2 years ago. Car has 40k mileage since then, but maybe 10k of that was on winter tires so looking at 30k or so and need to replace. Am a pokey driver. Down to about 3/32 now. Tires are making a tons of noise now and causing vibrations. These tires are awesome in every other way - were quiet, nice road feel, good grip etc. Just too expensive to replace every 30k. Mileage warranty is a joke. 100K? In which universe? So restrictive that you could not claim I suspect - no way I can go all the way to 2/32 for example - would go deaf by then. Treadwear is a shame as otherwise a great tires. Lots of other reviews saying exactly the same thing, so I am not just some disgruntled wacko.

Very short tread lifespan

I purchased these tires just over 2 years ago (and approx 47,000kms), and the car was aligned at that time. Of those 47,000kms, somewhere between 15,000-20,000 kms were put on running winter tires (not the Premier LTX). (so max approx 32,000kms on the Premier LTX) I did my own tire changes, and rotated the tires when switching from summer to winter tires. At this point, the 2 rear tires on the car are down to the wear bars, and the front tires might last out the rest of this year until it's time to change to winters again. I am not impressed with how short a lifetime these tires have given me from what I thought was a reputable company.

Great Traction, Short Life

I am an older female from the SF Bay Area. I drive a lot of miles alone visiting family in western states of NV, Utah and AZ. Safety is important to me and I was especially interested in the wear performance of these tires - that they would continue to protect me as the tread wore down. I drove in heavy rain with an inch of water on the road and felt absoluetly planted on the surface - like I was driving on dry ground. However, after 1 year and 28,000 miles I am down to the wear marks. The tires did not last. They still grip the road though like new - last week I drove through rain, snow and hail and the tires felt very secure.

2011 Ram 1500 back tires bald with less than 27,000 Km

Very satisfied when we got these tires. There were very smooth and quiet. They are less than 2 years old and on return from an 8300 Km trip to Texas and Florida, both rear tires were basically bald. Right is side worse. I have never seen rear tires outwear the fronts in any vehicle I have owned over the past 40 years. I am bitterly disappointed.

Very Disappointed!!

I never write a review about anything. This is actually my first time writing a review. I bought my CRV from a highly reputable used car dealer. My CRV only had 41K at the time. I had the dealer remove the tires at the time and insisted they install these Michelin tires as part of the sale agreement. Disappointment is an understatement. My CRV now has 61K and the rubber on the tires is literally peeling off the tread and are worn badly. I'm not sure why I asked to have Michelin tires put on my CRV. I want these tires replaced!!

Less Than 1/3 of Mileage Warranty

I've been a loyal Michelin tire customer, for many years for both my wife's SUV and my cars too. Nevertheless, I'm disappointed with Premier LTX's 100,000km/6 years mileage warranty. Even though, these 235/55R19 tires for my 2011 Lexus RX 350 were properly inflated, well maintained and promptly rotated at regular intervals of 10,000kms; I have to replace them after 28,700km which is only less than 29% of the mileage warranty. Although they offer quiet ride and good traction even on snowy road, I expected excellence from Michelin. I'm a responsible mild mannered middle aged driver who does not spin the wheels with jerky start or sudden acceleration, nor do I take sharp corners at high speed. Therefore, there's no sign of uneven wear on these tires and the tire pressure is regulated by Lexus' sensitive electronic tire pressure sensors, as well.
