Overall, a well designed product. Material and workmanship are above average for this type kart. This seems to be a very good value as I have seen nothing else of this quality at anywhere near this price. The engine is the same as the "Clone" engine that is commonly and widely used in go-kart racing in most parts of the US. so that means that parts are readily available at racing dealers. Usually parts are less expensive there than they would be from a typical lawn mower/small engine shop, also this engine is a copy of a Honda engine and most parts are interchangeable with Honda parts and are available from your Honda dealer. The Coleman company representatives are very helpful and cooperative in assisting you with warranties issues and their warranty is good as gold. They stand behind the product.

Purchased from Walmart. Had them unpack it and put the back wheels on for me, so I could roll it into my truck. I did the rest at home. The seat base was a bit twisted, so I had to use my c-clamp to line up the holes. Getting the oil was perplexing at first since the fill hole was behind the seat. I ended up using my fluid transfer pump ($8)... filled it in 30 seconds. I had my daughter tighten and torque every bolt. She loved that. Easy to start. Tight fit for 2 people. Factory setting on speed is way too low for me, but my 14 year old was good with it. After she road it for a while, I adjusted the throttle cable and limiter screw. I was quicker. After riding on the street and bike path, I road it in the dirt.... way more fun. Better to whip around. As and adult who rides motorcycles, I am looking for more speed. This is good for my 14 year old daughter... for now.

Bought this go cart for my kids for christmas, was so excited for them to have it. Finally gets warm outside for them to ride in march and the sprocket broke, I can't even get the chain to go back on which means its non operational. It took me 6 months to get this thing off law-a-way just to see my kids disappointed faces. I'm so upset that I wasted 1000.00 dollars on this thing, because of bad manufacturing. Someone really needs to do something about this. A refund would be great, or at least fix it for free COLEMAN.

Bought this go cart as a Christmas gift last year. The second time riding this go cart, the passenger side ball joint snap apart. After about 3 months of sitting up with no riding time, I paid a mechanic to fix it... After fixing it, my son drove it and one week later when I cranked it up, the go cart took off by itself without anyone pressing the gas. We had to immediately shut it off with the button. As of now, it is sitting in our garage with the passenger side ball joint messed up again. I would NOT recommend anyone spend this amount of money on this piece of junk. It was fun while it lasted (only about 5 good rides) throughout the entire year of 2016. Please read all the reviews. Just about all the negative reviews are True. I've had many many many problems with this go cart!!!

Good looks Cheapest cart at this size Front suspension bolts came too tight on mine making the front suspension not work at all and contributing to one of the front wheel spindles on cracking at the base tilting the wheel up and rubbing the suspension arm. I took the part off to have it welded better and this is when I noticed the bolts were too tight. Also this cart can be made a little faster by loosening a screw on the motor where the throttle cable attaches.

The go kart pictured is not the actual one. It actually looks way cooler than pictured. We rode it around our yard and it was quite bumpy but the kids loved it. Unfortunately we've had it 5 months only riding it in our yard on weekends and as my daughter was coming down a small hill really fast the passenger tire flew off and caused her to recorrect and hit a small tree. Luckily it has seat belts and she was wearing hers. Unfortunately we are a month out of warranty and it can't be refunded or labor paid. They are sending us some part but it can't be put on by us. As cool as this product looks it is made cheaply and must be rode with more caution than normal.

Bought Kart for Christmas its started first pull everytime. Its not easy to put fuel in it, so I removed the basket. Its designed for people under 5ft 2 but will pull whoever is in it. We live in very steep mountains so the mud tires and live axle are needed and work good. The seat only slides about 4in but is helpful and easy.

Ours doesn't look exactly like the stock photo. Its actually looks MUCH better. The stock photo seems basic compared to what we got. The seats are nicer & the paint is a little dif. It was pretty easy to assemble. Started right up & runs great. I wasn't sure if the seat was adjustable but found out it is. Excellent price compared to any others we found locally. Very happy with this purchase!

Very cheap materials. The left control arm seems like it is connected with sheet metal. It broke after a few months of weekend use. No one has the part in stock. Only after I purchased it for my kids did I see the reviews about the poor suspension and steering assy, which is scary. Should have got a Yerf Dog!

Very poor quality. Bought this last year as a Christmas present for our three kids. At the time there were no current reveiws for this item, but we were thinking Coleman was a decent brand and price was good so we decided to take a chance. The 2nd week we had it my little girl was riding it when the right passenger wheel came off (broke at the weld) which I have seen many complaints regarding these recent reviews.. Thank God nobody got hurt and Coleman better be glad as well. At the time it was under warranty so Coleman had us take to a local mechanic to have fixed. Got it home and they probably rode it two times and the belt broke. So I called to order the new belt which by then (because it took so long to repair) I had to pay for it due to the warranty had expired. We received the belt $35.00 later and like to have never got it to go on, had to have my nephew who is a mechanic put it on(which still took 2 hours) and then after a few rides it's already slipping again like it is about to break or come off. The rear basket also broke off at the weld which is fine because we really don't need it, but it's just the fact of the matter that we paid $1,000 for this peice of junk and according to the reviews I'm sure will have plenty more issues in the future if it runs that long. Don't waste your time or money. Piece of garbage.
