Absolutely love! It arrived in an easy to handle box (little heavy but manageable). Packaging was great but you need to have your mattress where you want it before you start unpacking. As soon as you start unwrapping your mattress is going to continue to increase in size. It’s so comfortable and it has the cooling fabric. Highly recommend! We are now replacing all our mattress with this type.

Great value for the quality of mattress. We bought this for our daughter’s room. This is perfect for a young kid. The softness is a little plush for my liking but I prefer a firm bed, but it’s perfect softness right out of the box according to my wife and daighter.

My son was at a point where he wouldn't sleep in his own bed anymore cuz he hated his mattress. We found this and couldn't believe the price. For it home and he loves it. At first I thought it was too soft but after laying in it a bit it's super comfy. Definitely worth the price.

Was greatly surprised by the comfort of a mattress in a box. We ordered the twin in a firm one and it’s great. Haven’t slept on it as we got it for a guest bed, but did lay on it to test it out. Hubby tried it out also and said he could easily sleep thru the nite on it:-)

I purchased this mattress based on a recommendation from a friend. It was delivered quickly and the unboxing and setup was relatively quick and easy. The moment I laid on the bed I was asleep. I don’t know how long it took but this bed is super comfy! I purchased the ultra plush king mattress and plan to purchase the same in Queen for my guest room. Hotel luxury without the hotel cost!

The box had a small dent when we bought it but since the beds come vacuum sealed, I didn't think anything of it. The bed is slightly condensed on one corner but my son really needed a new mattress so we are keeping it. Overall, the bed is soft, comfy, and he loves it.

The only draw back was being careful not to damage the mattress removing it from the vacuum seal / plastic wrap. Was a hidden bonus though; gave us the required wrap for the old mattress disposal in our area. Grandson loved it for says it is very comfortable and just the right firmness.

Delivery from different locations took longer than initially projected. One box was overstuffed, as if it had been repackaged. After a few days they mattress was about 10.5 tall and 4 inches too wide at 42". They have been slept on 2 weeks and unpacked about a month. Still over 40" wide, making the 2 5-6 inches wider than a split king should be. Its risen a bot to almost 11", but still an inch short of 12" expected. It is plenty plush and not uncomfortable to sleep on but sheets and mattress pads were strained fitting over and likely why they measure narrower now. Not sure they'd stay compressed width wise with both off.

We purchased this mattress to replace the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that was twice the cost and didn’t even last a year before sagging. We’ve had this one for close to a month and love it to this point. It did take a few nights to “break in” as other reviews have mentioned, but it is NOT hard as a rock as other reviews have said. I will return to this review when we get to the year mark and update it about the mattress durability.

A little larger than 60"x80" standard queen, overhangs the box springs about 3" on each side, not really an issue, just observation. Replace a foam "Sealy" mattress, this unit is much warmer than the Sealy, the upper memory foam is softer, and the underlying foam does support well, for a "medium" firmness. Had to modify covers to compensate for additional warmth of the mattress. Sturdy mattress, somewhat heaver than previous, hope this means more foam.
