[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my grandkids a play set and some of the hardware was missing. I called to ask for the missing bag of hardware and was told it wod be sent immediately! Great service.

Good and sturdy swingset and monkey bars. Will not deteriorate like wood. Very happy with whole set. It was a family project (and friends) to put together as it took several hours but well worth it.

We purchased this two years ago and it was damaged in a wind storm, when we reached out to Lifetime and they are sending us the replacement part free of charge! They were quick to respond and so helpful!

It takes a couple of days. Very, very carefully read the directions. Enlist the help of someone who also understands tools and building. It is a great product but it is a real project.

We just got this put together and the grandkids love it. However, it was much more of a job putting it together than we were told upon purchase. Be prepared.

We moved this from one location to another and misplaced some of the hardware (bolts). We contacted the company and they shipped us the replacement bolts at no additional cost. Outstanding customer service!

Kids are really enjoying it and it looks nice and clean in our yard. Some things were a pain to put together but in the end glad we chose to do it ourselves.

Bought this for my granddaughters. It's a well-made playset. I lost a few of the bolts during assembly. Lifetime promptly put replacement ones in the mail without charge.

It was exactly what we thought it would be Does take a couple weekends to put together and we were missing a couple bolts at the end of the project.
