The play-set is extremely good quality and sturdy. The kids love it. The only knock on it in my opinion is it is very difficult to put together. Took probably around 12 total hours. You definitely need two people for many of the steps. Not all parts were labeled and there were several screws/bolts that had no thread. Thankfully there was a spare parts bag so we still had plenty. Make sure you have a good few days available to put this together. In the end the product looks great and we are happy with the purchase.

If you follow the book it just takes time, patience, and an some extra hands here and there. If possible, don't immediately tightening things down, even if they tell you. Keep things loose until the next step or two, then come back and fully tighten. Remember, things don't always line up perfect when putting something together like this.

We just had our play set installed yesterday and it is AMAZING! The quality is unreal. My husband is big guy and it's sturdy enough for him to go on everything. My kids (ages 5 and 2) are in love with this entire set. I am so happy we decided to spend a bit more and go with a metal set as opposed to wood. I also highly recommend having the play set installed by Lifetime. It took one guy one day to do it but we are happy that we didn't have to worry about putting it together and now we have peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly.

This play set comes I'm a million parts to put together. I enjoy putting things together like this so it was not a problem but others would get annoyed. There is a you tube video for set up too. Very sturdy well made play set; I've never seen one Iike this and I'm so glad I purchased it.

We bought this about a month ago. It was delivered on time via a freight company. They said we might have to carry it off in pieces, but the delivery driver was able to get it off on the pallet and into our garage for us. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. It took my husband and I about 10 hours to assemble it. We had a neighbor help us for a few steps that required 3 people. Our kids love it and I am pleased with the quality of everything.

My sons (ages 3, 6 and an autistic 15 year old) love this playset! It works perfect for us with the age ranges and weight capacity. It is a very attractive and sturdy set. We hired a professional to put it together and it took him about 7 hours to assemble it. We paid him $300 for the job to assemble and it was definitely worth paying someone. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the adventure tower monkey bar set. I bought from an online seller not direct and had shipping date pushed closer to Xmas date. The online seller held the package with one of there “shippers”, and they totally ruined the crate and some of the large exterior pieces and slide three days before Xmas. Not lifetimes fault or responsibility at all. I called just to see about cost of parts for the online seller to replace and give a refund for parts. Instead lifetime shipped all new parts immediately for free even though it had nothing at all to do with them. Had the online seller give a discount for the extra work and hassle and for not being done on Xmas too yayyy! Set is built now and is very nice very sturdy even for my 200 lb dad weight. Kids love it. Like having a commercial set in your backyard. Also wanted to note I saw some reviews saying instructions were tricky are not detailed enough. I found zero problems with instructions I thought they were detailed enough, only thing I would say is just pay attention to picture so you know which post is which by the screw holes at the top. There was even scan icons for how to videos on each section I didn't even need to use. Customer service was so quick no hold no hassle that alone is something hard to find now and makes me feel better about the purchase and the future of owning the play set.

Have had it 2 months and it's already rusting in many spots. It's rusting from the inside, and at the joints.
