It's good for a quick refresh on the go but I wouldn't say it lasted 3 hours. I do prefer the mint taste to most other brands I have tried. Always something good to keep in the car or your bag for on the go. I would recommend them.

Very good I do enjoy these they are not to strong and not to hot. They are at a good price point and easy to find good for those days you need a refresh on your breathe
