These were great because they helped with any sweet/hunger cravings he would have. They also make your breath smell great. Good product! Breathsavers Wintergreen Sugar-Free Mint Candies taste amazingly refreshing and do an awesome job at freshening my breath when needed,They are packaged in an incredibly convenient plastic container which makes them super easy to find in my purse (although they do not seem to last that long in our household). Thus is a product that I love to keep on hand and I tend to but at least 3 packs at a time to ensure that I have them available either when needed or if I just crave their minty freshness,

It's good for a quick refresh on the go but I wouldn't say it lasted 3 hours. I do prefer the mint taste to most other brands I have tried. Always something good to keep in the car or your bag for on the go. I would recommend them.
