3 months of night time use and it stopped cooling

bought this in 2020, but didnt use until this summer. worked for 3 months and then didnt cool anymore. highly unsatisfied.

When compresser kicks on it's very loud and noisy. Wakes me up from deep sleep. Will not but again.

Air conditioner

Its well worth the $179.00 i had bought a different brand and I've replaced it 5 times in 2 years so if this lasts longer than 4 to 6 months its well worth it.

Remote not working

Just got the unit installed but the remote is not working. Battery was checked and it was good. Need to find out how to get a new replacement remote. Can’t rate the air conditioner yet
