I totally agree with the reviews that said very little shrimp and all breading...yuck, yuck, yuck..They taste like nothing compared to SeaPak. Stop trying to reduplicate everything with the Members Mark name if you can't get it right. You're only charging the members the same prices for the lesser quality. Wow, we pay for less than mediocre?

I brought those shrimp and was very disappointed I will never buy them again seem like Sam's club stop selling the panko shrimp that I have been buying for years in the place of this mess they were covered in breading and I had several broken pieces that were covered with breading I guess that's considered into the count mentioned on box whom ever help to make this shrimp an three and a half star I don't know what to say

We used to buy these years ago and they were amazing. Not sure what is different but these are flavorless and the shrimp is the size of cocktail shrimp. Wonder if we can return these to get our money back - 1/2 of the package was thrown out. Do no buy!

I can't tell you the disappointment when my husband brought these home and I discovered that they are NOT the same Member's Mark Butterfly shrimp. Member's Mark Butterfly Shrimp that we used to get, not too long ago was a true butterfly with a light, seemed like panko breading and they WERE NOT in two bags...they were layed out in the box with wax paper between each layer. Those were delicious...bought them all the time. These remind me of the Seapak brand, just in a Member's Mark box. Wherever Sam's got the original butterfly shrimp and sold them under the Member's Mark name, they should go back to those. Obviously what they are selling now is lesser quality than the original. Please bring the other back!!!

Very disappointed in this. Shrimp was so small and had no taste. The batter was way to thick. Even removing most of the batter, it still was no good. Bought 2 boxes thinking this was going to be good like most all the products we get from Sam's. Many years ago you carried a battered butterfly shrimp that was delicious and we bought it quite often. I don't remember the brand but I wish you would carry it again.

I purchased these last week. I have been a consumer of the panko breaded butterfly shrimp from Sam's Club for several years. I have always been satisfied with the quality and taste of the shrimp until now. These are the smallest butterfly shrimp I have ever purchased. Also they are mostly breading. They are just not up to the usual high standards that Members Mark has provided over the years.

I purchased these because they were on sale. Now I know why they were on sale. These shrimp are horrible!!! The batter's so tough and thick you could barely taste the shrimp. At one point I thought I made a mistake in baking them because I got confused with another box that looked almost like this that said deep fry only. I don't know if deep frying this would work either because the batter's so tough! I'm going to be sticking with the Sea Pak shrimp. Not every Members Mark brand is excellent. It's like they're weeding out the good stuff to the stuff that's hardly sellable. Sam's should be ashamed of themselves sometimes.

Very disappointing. There is nothing jumbo about these shrimp. They are very small shrimp disguised in big blanket of breading. Needless to say, what you taste is dry breading with a hint of shrimp flavor. No thanks. Please bring back Sea Pak - JUMBO BUTTERFLY SHRIMP!

As a fan of many Membership Mark products, I do not hesitate in this case to complain about this one. I reach for the Sea Pack shrimp frequently for my father. This Membership Mark Butterfly "jumbo" shrimp had the same price tag as the Sea Pack but there is absolutely NO comparison in the quality of this. I plan to return the package I bought and will have to buy my breaded shrimp elsewhere!

My wife used to bug me to buy Sea Pak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp. They were so meaty and delicious we would go through a box in no time. When she baked these Member's Mark shrimp, I couldn't believe the difference. They tasted like poor quality ground up fish sticks, deep breaded. The breading wasn't even tasty. I guess Sam's doesn't read it's reviews but I cannot believe this (the switch from Sea Pak to this terrible product) is going to be a money maker for them. I don't have an axe to grind and spend tons of money at Sam's but this product as well as the Member's Mark potato salad (also awful), are causing me to question top managements commitment to quality and its customers.
