The old Members Mark Jumbo breaded shrimp (had paper dividers between layers) were better than some restaurants served! These new ones taste like Sea Pak freezer burned shrimp. Bring back the old shrimp! I threw away most of this new shrimp; just could not eat it!

I used to buy these when they were sold in 5 pound box. They were the best breaded frozen shrimp that we have tried. Wish they would go back to the original breading, panko, which was much lighter. Shrimp were bigger too. Now, they have a thick breading, which is not panko, my family wouldn't eat them. So, almost $20 bucks down the drain. Don't buy there's. They are terrible.

As a fan of many Membership Mark products, I do not hesitate in this case to complain about this one. I reach for the Sea Pack shrimp frequently for my father. This Membership Mark Butterfly "jumbo" shrimp had the same price tag as the Sea Pack but there is absolutely NO comparison in the quality of this. I plan to return the package I bought and will have to buy my breaded shrimp elsewhere!

I purchased these because they were on sale. Now I know why they were on sale. These shrimp are horrible!!! The batter's so tough and thick you could barely taste the shrimp. At one point I thought I made a mistake in baking them because I got confused with another box that looked almost like this that said deep fry only. I don't know if deep frying this would work either because the batter's so tough! I'm going to be sticking with the Sea Pak shrimp. Not every Members Mark brand is excellent. It's like they're weeding out the good stuff to the stuff that's hardly sellable. Sam's should be ashamed of themselves sometimes.

I can't tell you the disappointment when my husband brought these home and I discovered that they are NOT the same Member's Mark Butterfly shrimp. Member's Mark Butterfly Shrimp that we used to get, not too long ago was a true butterfly with a light, seemed like panko breading and they WERE NOT in two bags...they were layed out in the box with wax paper between each layer. Those were delicious...bought them all the time. These remind me of the Seapak brand, just in a Member's Mark box. Wherever Sam's got the original butterfly shrimp and sold them under the Member's Mark name, they should go back to those. Obviously what they are selling now is lesser quality than the original. Please bring the other back!!!

Very disappointing. There is nothing jumbo about these shrimp. They are very small shrimp disguised in big blanket of breading. Needless to say, what you taste is dry breading with a hint of shrimp flavor. No thanks. Please bring back Sea Pak - JUMBO BUTTERFLY SHRIMP!

This Member's Mark shrimp is terrible in comparison to the Sea Pack shrimp that I bought for many years at Sam's. I don't object if Sam's wants to offer their own brands of merchandise as an alternative, but don't remove the favorites that customers have purchased for many years. It is getting to the point where I may have to drop my membership if this nonsense continues. The replacement of brand name products with Member's Mark products seems to be permeating the store.

I purchased these last week. I have been a consumer of the panko breaded butterfly shrimp from Sam's Club for several years. I have always been satisfied with the quality and taste of the shrimp until now. These are the smallest butterfly shrimp I have ever purchased. Also they are mostly breading. They are just not up to the usual high standards that Members Mark has provided over the years.

If you typically purchase the Sea Pak brand, you will be VERY disappointed in this product. The breading is disgusting, tasteless, too crunchy, too much breading, and the shrimp is small, not jumbo. I can't believe Sam's sells this product to the public. Please don't waste your money!

These are new to my Sam's Club. I always bought the SeaPak Breaded Shrimp but Sam's has replaced those with these. These are terrible. Too much breading with chewy, rubbery shrimp. We loved the SeaPak Shrimp. These were such a huge disappointment. Won't be buying again.
