Super comfortable

I have not been able to sleep in a regular bed. After purchasing this mattress with an adjustable base, I am finally able to sleep in bed.

Comfortable. Sleeps warmer. Nice to be able to sleep with your head raised. Purchased 2 sets. Had to use a freight forwarder to get it to Hawaii.

Great product

It hurts my back as it gets compress and stays that way until you are on the bed. very uncomfortable for long sleep as it becomes very difficult to change sleeping positions.

not so great

The reason I gave this 4 stars was for the exceptional return policy offered by Sam's Club. After 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement in the last 2 years, finding a comfortable mattress has been a real chore. I thought a nice soft comfy mattress would make my body happy, but instead it didn't offer the needed support for my back. I immediately asked for a return and Sam's Club accommodated my request without issue. Although this mattress was not for me, if you're  looking for a very soft sink into it type mattress, then you may like this Serta.
