Bought this bed on a recommendation from a friend. Initially loved the comfort of this bed, however after several months the bed started forming body impressions

It's pretty good quality love it just have one problem it's sinking on my side and my weight is 189lb having back problem would like to exchange it under warranty if possible but all the rest it's fine love the material....
