To help alleviate the leakage, we suggest you loosen the cap to release the pressure in the bottle, then re-tighten it back. After that, give the bottle one big squeeze onto a sponge or into the sink for about 2 seconds. Laney, above all else your safety and satisfaction comes first. We're so sorry to hear about this, but know this isn't what we expect since we have many quality and safety checks in place to ensure you can easily dispense the liquid from the container. However, it’s possible that dried product accumulated around the cap could have caused this. If so, rinse the cap with water and dry it off and see if that helps.
