I love Activia simply because it does EXACTLY what the commercials and advertising states. I feel less bloated and my more regular when I eat the yogurts. When I first started using I noticed my skin cleared up also. I don't pay attention to the price because I know it works and no matter the cost I'll purchase it.

I love probiotic yogurt!! You get all the great bacteria for your gut!! They are very inexpensive, but I wish there was a dairy-free alternative!!! I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to add probiotics to their plate!! They are very inexpensive!

They taste really good but being pregnant i can't hold down certain things and yogurt no matter how hard i try so far is one of thows things I can't hold down . But it is good though love the flavors and it isn't to expensive I just can't hold it down sadly so I'm not going to buy any more but for people who can hold down yogurt then u deffinalty need to try this its very healthy and u get the nutrients your body needs.

Although probiotics are a plus I didnt appreciate that my period was late due to eating this yoghurt. This has RBST which is a growth hormone. Normally i dont get pms symptoms a week before my period but i had headaches which i never get at all, i had sore breast like i had to wear a sports bra to keep them in place, and horrid mood swings I feel bad because i had an attitude with my own child. Im never like this. But it just really messed up my cycle. My period was 5 days late !
