I love this yogurt, I always have some in my fridge. I am pretty regular, so I eat it because I like it, but it does help my mother who is not regular at all. I feel that activist is very affordable and I love the package! I definitely recommend and I will continue to purchase them, as I have for years!

Obsessed! My parents get this all the time for me and my siblings. It’s my favorite snack and has so much taste potential. There are so many flavors to choose from, it’s Amazing. I think this product is a life savor and I recommend this product to others.

Activia yogurts are my favorite ones, I will always buy the 12 packet in which comes with different flavors, but out the blueberry, strawberry and peach flavors; I would say my favorite one is the peach flavor. I would rate this brand 10/10 since it is healthy and nutritious! 

I enjoy the taste! Easy to digest and I guess they do the job they are suppose to? Once I am done eating a few minutes pass and I end up using the restroom if you know what I mean. I was told that’s good that’s what this yogurt is for so I am guessing it’s doing it’s purpose lol.

We all like them my husband my baby girl and I, they are delicious and now they eat a yogurt every morning all the flavors are great my little one doesn't like the vanilla but I do I think is delicious I will keep buying them give it a try you won't regret it!

I’ve been enjoying the Activia® Light Strawberry Blueberry Peach Probiotic Yogurt, and overall, it’s a solid choice for a healthy snack. The yogurt has a smooth texture, and I love the combination of strawberry, blueberry, and peach flavors. However, I found it to be a bit on the sweet side—almost too sweet for my taste, especially considering it’s marketed as "light." That said, the yogurt is low-calorie and offers probiotics for digestive health, which I really appreciate. It’s a good snack or breakfast option if you enjoy sweeter yogurts, but if you prefer something less sugary, this might not be the best choice.

Although probiotics are a plus I didnt appreciate that my period was late due to eating this yoghurt. This has RBST which is a growth hormone. Normally i dont get pms symptoms a week before my period but i had headaches which i never get at all, i had sore breast like i had to wear a sports bra to keep them in place, and horrid mood swings I feel bad because i had an attitude with my own child. Im never like this. But it just really messed up my cycle. My period was 5 days late !

I think people take for granted how important probiotics are. My surgeon actually wrote on my home care instructions for me to get some of these and eat them after surgery. I'm not sure if it's standard with all of his patients, but every sine then, I eat one of these just about every morning, It has helped so much. I just feel better over all I now. Activia is so convenient to get and tastes great!

I have a digestive disease and these were recommended by my GI doctor to help move things along. Did not expect much however I was pleasantly surprised. These are a great consistency, the fruit is evenly distributed through the yogurt and it's a great, quick option for those that need a little digestive push.
