If you're looking for a quick and easy snack on the go, these are you're perfect fit. I love the refreshing fruit flavor, and the fact that I don't get a nasty after taste after I eat them. I also love how they are healthy and I can eat 1 or 2 sometimes 3 without feeling very guilty.

Helps with my constipation. So many flavors to choose from and all of them are great. They aren't watery like la yoplait or dannon yogurts. Wish they would be slightly bigger because I always want a little more but 2 is too much to eat. There are actual fruits in the yogurt as well.

I love the taste of these yogurts! I just don't use them anymore because I'm not sure the amount of probiotics were supposed to partake on a daily basis. My protein has probiotics in them. If you want to be “regular” with bowel movements incorporate this into your diet!

I love actavia yogurts but this one I right away hated without even checking that it was “light”. I asked my hubby to pick up my favorite yogurt and he accidentally bought this one so I didn't even think anything was different until I had that gross “diet” after taste. If you know, you know. Horrible taste.

We Purchased this pro biotic yogurt to add with prune juice per the nutritionalist. By combining the two (prune juice & probiotic yogurt) it works better and get the maximum benefit from both items. It's a daily staple in our house, and we are pleased with the selection of flavors. Great option for probiotic yogurt

Activia really is true to it's word. I always have digestive issue and if I miss a day without drinking these I can feel the difference. I like that it's such a small bottle so I can drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, because I don't get hungry for a while after waking up.

i have grown to enjoy activia since its the only yogurt my grandmother used to by us and its not that bad, it does have a little tangy feeling and i believe is mean for people trying to loose weight so there are some stomach things that could happen depending on how your body reacts with those certain ingredients
