This is good, pulse it gets things moving down there lol it’s taste so good, the only down fall is that I’m lactose intolerant, but I still eat it anyways, but it would be better if their hade non dairy options, that way people like me won’t be left out. So if u like yogurt you’ll love these,plus it also helps with digestion so it’s a win win 😆
