I prefer the peach ones. Definitely helped with my indigestion. I have a very sensitive gut and get bloated for anything/ nothing. I did feel better after. I like that their is a variety of flavors and not just strawberry or plain.

I love Activia. The packaging is colorful and bright. You can find it quickly in the store. My entire family loves the different flavors. Great for your gut health. I will definitely buy again.

I drink one of these everyday. I love having yogurt everyday, and these are a quick way to get the food stuff of yogurt without having to sit and eat a whole yogurt. Perfect for someone in a time crunch.

Definitely better than most brands out there. It tastes pretty good and from what I heard it’s pretty healthy. My sister usually brings them home when grocery shopping. I sometimes finesse em from the fridge.

This yogurt is a nice sweet yogurt that isn’t too thick or heavy like Greek yogurt. The yogurt is easily digestible and even comes with probiotics. I have been eating this forever and always enjoy it .

Currently in my fridge right now lol taste so so good! Honestly I don’t even need it for the benefits, I only get it cause it taste good. I definitely would recommend this though to anyone who is struggling to go. It definitely works!
