We accidentally purchased the lite and my family could not tell at all. The lite is very flavorful. We did go back to the regular, but still very impressive.

I love these little drinking yoghurt jars and taste great! Convenient to take with you and my kids love it. I love the value for money and the variety of flavors, this is our favorite yogurt!

My fiance and I eat Activia up! Lol I don't always get this brand because they're a little pricy but when I do it definitely doesn't last long. Not to mention Activia is probably the best yogurt that tastes good and provides many benefits as well.

I help my Grammy with her cooking and that kind of stuff and let me just say she always eats at least 1-2 if these a day and she absolutely loves them and she said they're a great start to the day.

Love Activia Light Yogurt variety of Strawberry, Blueberry Peach as it is low fat and low calorie but keeps my tummy happy without cramping. I may not enjoy Peach but this one isn't bad.

Definitely better than most brands out there. It tastes pretty good and from what I heard it's pretty healthy. My sister usually brings them home when grocery shopping. I sometimes finesse em from the fridge.

I prefer the peach ones. Definitely helped with my indigestion. I have a very sensitive gut and get bloated for anything/ nothing. I did feel better after. I like that their is a variety of flavors and not just strawberry or plain.

I personally love having the variety. It's an easy breakfast if topped with fruit/granola or both. A quick snack and it can also be added to smoothies. Very versatile if you ask me! I love all three flavors.

I usually HATE yogurt with the little fruit chunks but let me tell you, the peach and strawberry flavors are so goooooood! The peach is firm enough you can take a nice bite out of them and it's probiotic! Good for the body!

My husband and boys love this and to helps keep them regular. It has a bit too much sugar in it for myself but it works well for them. I love the variety bbn pack because they can get a little of all the flavors and it saves me money.
