This beef is one of the best in flavor!..Family loves it!

This is a very good deal for grass fed and finished organic beef that is from the USA. As it explains, during the colder months, they use alfalfa. Assuming that the description is accurate, this is 100% grass fed and finished, so no corn or grain is used and there's no antibiotics. As for the taste, I found it good for burgers and excellent for meatballs. You can get tastier ground beef for burgers if you don't mind having beef that's not as healthy. Many beef products are imported, even those labeled as "USA" are often mislabeled because they only package the beef in this country, but it comes from outside the US. The bottom line is, for the price, this is a great deal on better quality beef that's more nutritious.

The meat is now watery when raw, will not hold together for burgers and cooks dry and flavorless. I had bought this same product for years but when they changes the label the meat quality went down.
