Great Value

Setup takes a while but this is a complex TV. Be patient Great picture. Smartcast is fairly easy to use. Small remote is a plus. The power cord to the back of the TV is a bit long and will have to be compensated for when wall mount. I have chosen to purchase a right angle power cord to reduce the space requirements. So far, the only negative I have found.

Great features. Quality TV for the price.

I bought this tv 1yr ago. It is a great tv. My only complaint is if the tv is left on for too long without being powered down it will freeze on you and remote and smart cast mobile both become unresponsive. The only to restart is by unplugging it. Outside of that (which doesn't happen often) no problems. Screen is beautiful.

Great television defective remote.

I like the television, but the remote that came with it is defective I put granules batteries in it it’s not the batteries that came with it I’ll try ghost first because it’s not worse so I bought new batteries and they did not work and I am trying to get the remote replaced it is useless without the remote.

Two issues

First, the sound is not good and the equalizer only has 4 or 5 pre-set options, so you can't fine tune the sound. I'll have to add some kind of sound device. Second, the lack of a non-glare screen results in reflection problems, so you have to find a way to view it that avoids those.

Hello Big Tex, thank you for your feedback it is appreciated. With the audio level if you go into the equalizer settings and press down you can adjust the individual frequencies to create a custom audio type for your television.

Nice Smart TV

On overall it is a nice TV with excellent picture and audio. It is perfect as a starter TV for Kids room, kitchen or dorms. In my book Vizio qualty is 5+ but I downgraded here because the software is not too Smart as compared to others. Adding APPs is not possible and basically you are stuck with what was preloaded. IOS connectivity is very stable and straight forward. Vizio needs to improve the software and upgrade is overdue.

Bought two, Still have two

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of the Visio 32" D series TV's and put one in my RV: This was in 2020. The original still works fine except the "fiber" audio output quit and I need headphones for RV parks with 10PM noise restrictions. So, I pulled the "original" and installed #2 and it works fine. However, for some reason there was no Smartcast on the #2 unit - I fiddled with it for days and nada. In desperation, I called Support and was connected with a knowledgable tech. In about 45 minutes that was working. Kudos to Vizio Customer Support. I love the color and resolution of these TV's and these TV's fit in my limited space up front in my coach. The TV's just fit perfectly and was the reason why I bought them in the first place.

It works

I don't much about TVs but I do know this isn't top of the line, that being said I still find it glitchy, really slow, and missing apps that would really be nice to have (like HBOmax). The remote doesn't work that well either- you have to be very precise or the tv doesn't respond. Sometimes the tv turns itself off in the middle of playing. The picture is nice, I like the ability to customize the home menu. Airplay is cool and bc a lot of the apps (like YouTube atm) randomly wont play videos on the tv, I cast from my phone A LOT. Which isn't the point of having a smart tv but it's still a good feature and is the only way to watch sometimes.

I am very impressed with this brand. We have always had LG or Sony or well known name brands but I must say, this TV is great. The picture is beautiful and it is so easy to operate. Love not having to hook it up to box to get programs, etc. We love all of the apps and the ease of using the settings. We'll certainly but again!!!

Don't Buy VIZIO

This TV turns itself on and off. It's unreliable and VIZIO absolutely SUCKS for forcing me to “register” AKA give them personal data that they will sell and use for marketing in order to access BASIC FUNCTIONS of my television. Screw this TV and screw this company. I have you bogus information anyway.

big screen but no fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of vizio] The Smartcast funtions mess up he tv. It will not download updated versions of Viewing apps, and istalls out trying to. THe system will not power up when connected to the web, unles I us my android as a remote! this thing es no bueno.
