STILL INSTALLING

This was a replacement TV from an insurance policy.My frustration is that the four screws that could be used to mount the TV to a Wall mounted bracket are too short to safely use. It looks as if there would be two or three threads engaged, at best.

Hello RevDave, the screws that come in the TV are placeholders to prevent foreign objects from getting into the wall mount holes. We recommend using the mount screws and hardware that comes with your wall mounting bracket.

Horrible!

Remote keeps breaking. Right now I'm on hold for second time to try to get a replacement remote. Website also bad. Tried to just purchase a new remote so I didn't have to wait on your phone and there was no way to add to cart.

Great TV

I bought it a year ago and it stopped working with my cable box. I had to reset to factory setting before I could view my cable tv. It is a good tv but I fear it will eventually fail to work with my 5G cable speed.

Great Product!!

I purchased this TV because of SmartCast. I don't have cable where I live. I am able to have Hulu, Apple+ etc on my phone and send it to my TV to watch.

Just OK isn't OK!

Functionality is the issue. NO INTERNET BROWSER! Not what I expected. Also a simple task like changing picture aspect requires too much searching for the function. Should be on the remote.

The TV. Could use improvement compared to Roku

The TV. Could use improvement compared to Roku operating system. Seems like you have a lot more abs to utilize. Vizio seems to have a longer time period. For example, Disney+ did not become available until a month after my Roku TV.

Horrible

I have had this tv for about 2 years. It has brought me nothing but frustration. It keeps losing channels and the "find chsnnels" feature takes almost 10 min. an may or not work! I Hate this tv! "Channel")
