If your like me you tend to either be going on turtle or going 100 out the door . I use this cream cheese nearly everyday on a bagel it's easy to spread and doesn't have to be heated up to do so.however I do not like it when making cheese cakes it just doesn't tend to keep its creaminess and tends to break down when other ingredients are added

It's always been the same but man, how frustrating. If you're using the whole brick in a recipe, it's perfect, but otherwise- what do you do with it? Thow the whole foil mess into a baggie or scrape it into a container- either works but wish there was a way to seal it back up a little easier. The product itself - worth it. The best quality and has a million uses!
