not too hard but not too soft..glides on to bagels with ease and has a great tech taste..my favorite cream cheese to use and the only aream cheese i use when i make side dishes such as taco dip and cheese cake! would recommend to anyone who is looking for a either a great cream cheese for bagels or to use in a dish!

I love cream cheese. I can eat it by itself, and I'm not even kidding. I put it on bagels, ritz crackers, hot Cheetos.. it's a great snack food. I love cooking with it. I put it in my Smothered chicken recipe and my white chicken chili recipe. It makes them so smooth and creamy. This cream cheese makes everything better, and this particular brand is the best. I've tried others, but none taste as great as Philadelphia

You know what i love about philadelphia cream cheese?? I mean dont get me wrong- its such a versatile ingredient that you can use in savory and sweet dishes; but no thats not it. It's the packaging! If you purchase the cream cheese box & open in it up, it has a recipe inside (!!) Every time I open the box and see a recipe, my heart soars! I carefully rip the ridges to obtain the recipe and i meticulously look over what ingredients are needed. Do I have them in my pantry? Nope. Will i go back to the store and grab them? Nope. But, I feel like seeing the recipes makes me feel like Philadelphia cream cheese believes in me. Its like a little love letter to me. So thank you. Please never get rid of the recipes.. maybe one day i'll actually make something other than a bagel with more than enough cream cheese.

Prefer this cream cheese over other brands. The packaging stays sealed and there is never crusty cream cheese around the edges when you open - (like brands that aren't sealed). I would recommend. It is more expensive than others but much better quality

Philadelphia cream cheese, in my opinion, is the tastiest and the most creamy of all store bought cream cheeses. Comes in a sealed foil package to make sure it's fresh upon opening. Will dry out if not wrapped up properly in the refrigerator. Great for so many recipes. I use it to make fabulous cheesecakes, baked chicken and cheese dips, or just as a plain dip for veggies or pretzels. It's delicious on toasted bagels as well. Better ingredients than store brand cream cheese.

Philadelphia goes with everythiiiing! I love it, it's a constant repurchase as soon as we finish it at home. It's not expensive and great even if its just with crakers as a snack. Love love love!
