You can't go wrong with Philadelphia cream cheese. I always keep this in my fridge to spread on my bagels. This block version is adorable but a little difficult to spread because of the thick texture. I think Philadelphia's cream cheese in cups are easier to spread.

You can make cookies,cakes,pies and even add it pasta, it is very versatile.. My favorite is their strawberry cream cheese for bagels .
