Worst purchase I ever made

Went threw 2 treadmills in a year. The display control panel keeps faulting after only a dozen uses. It was the worst purchase I ever made. Don't waste your money.

A nice sturdy Treadmill

so far so good. It is a sturdy tread mill and it runs well. I like the wide belt and long arms. It was a little difficult to set up by myself because it is very heavy but I was able to do it.

good investment

Product is as described on the Website. Very sturdy and easy to operate. However, the written instructions & diagrams regarding assembly are terrible.

Good purchase!

Easy assembly. It's exactly as advertised. One incline angle. Speed is good for moderate workouts. Long handles for support or balance, operable buttons on handles are excellent. Sturdy construction for the money.

Super Good

This treadmill is super good bang for the buck. It is simple easy to operate without complicated settings. Walking Belt is comfortably wide and Machine looks and feel sturdy. It feels as good as Machines which cost Thousands of dollars.

Awesome

This treadmill is awesome. It is very well egineered without a lot of extras you dont need. Takes a little getting use to speed control on handles, but i have owned several tmills and so far, this one has been great.

works good but was preowned

I recieved this treadmill in a timely manner but upon arival I noticed the box has been opened before I opened it and there is signs of use. It works great but this just makes me mad when you buy something it's supposed to be brand new unopened not receive one someone has put together and possibly used. Will never order from Wal-Mart again.

Extremely Distressing!!

I was so excited to use this treadmill, after much searching, felt it was "the one". It arrived yesterday, my husband set it up today. I read the booklet, all ammped up to begin my new lifestyle, and was hit immediately with an error message. Double checked all connections, and same result. Called customer service twice, they were "busy" \. Left my number and email, have not heard a word. All my Christmas money and good faith for this dud. Extremely disappointed on every level.

Heavy Duty Treadmill for a great price, but...

So first the plus side: Shipping is free! Assembly is very easy. The treadmill is heavy duty and will keep moving, rated for 400 lbs. Pulse grips and controls are very easy to reach. Easy return at the store (other than lifting it in the car). The bad: the treadmill has no cushioning, meaning it is like walking on cement. Most treadmills have a little cushion for your steps, this caused my shins to hurt (which at Planet F they do not). Also the main control board is very hard to reach when walking, if you have a large torso there is space, but no one will be able to reach the cup holder. It also is a bit flimsy, if you are walking faster than 3 mph and holding the pulse grips the machine will rock a bit. If you need a treadmill that will hold a high weight person that this will wirk for you, but if you can you may want to try a gym. I returned this after a week as I enjoy getting out of the house and going to the gym, plus the gym treadmills have the cushioning. This is a great deal, but didn't fit my lifestyle.

A great life choice.

Purchased December 2015, as it seemed to be the best value in it's weight class - up to 400 lbs. You will want 2 people to receive and set it up because it is quite heavy. It comes 95% assembled and only requires 2 leg extensions and the control panel be attached. The leg extensions had an issue: of the two bolt holes on each leg, only 1 would line up properly, causing the other one to be slightly off. We fixed this by using a unibit on a drill to widen one hole on each leg extension and then it was good to go to bolt together. The control panel cables take a little bit of manipulation to get them out of the way for bolting on the panel, but it wasn't that hard. After that it was simply plug in and go. Since then it has been everything it said it was. Very quiet operation. Plenty of room between the control arms. Easy to use. Good control panel readouts for speed, time, distance, heart rate and calories burned. Good speed control. A normal stride is fine, but an extended stride will cause your heel up bump up over the rear roller as an alert that you are about to back off the track. We set it up in front of a tv and can see this becoming an easy routine to help us get healthier. A great life choice.
