After hauling this heavy piece of equipment up the stairs (and scratching my floor in the process), I discovered that it did not work! I assembled it according to the instructions and cut it on only to get an error 1 code. I have emailed and called the company and no one has responded. I will be returning this product back to Walmart, and I'm sure it won't be easy! I'm so disappointed with this purchase.

Did not work!

I immediately fell in love with it. Being over 300 pounds I feel very safe on it, It's also very quiet, does get a bit noisier the faster it goes so if you have downstairs neighbors do get a mat. It is quite large so I had to move some furniture around in my living room to get it to fit (I live in a small apartment). After buying many cheaper exercise machines over the years (Tony Gazelle Elipticals, recumbant bikes, stationary bikes, elipticals etc.) I have finally found the one machine that fits my needs and doesnt make me feel uncomfortable using it. I was a little worried reading the previous reviews talking about discomfort for people over 6 feet, well I'm 6'2 and the bars are not too low for me, I find them perfect.
