Nice fit, soft material, but still leaks down left leg even with leak guard. Have used a wide variety of underwear from various manufactures. They all leak. Always Discreet did leak less then Depends but still enough that I had to change clothing.

I have tried a number of incontinence underwear, but this has been the best. Recently I did notice a change in them, and not happy with it. The crotch area seems to be narrower than before and I had my first night time leak.

I weight 148lbs and their chart says my size is the S/M--not so--don't even go all the way up to my waist. Now stuck with underwear I can't wear. very disappointed--am afraid to try the next size.

Don't like because when you wear them for about an hour and the padding starts to break up in the behind part. It becomes kind of uncomfortable. They were better before.
