I know that this product is marketed towards urine leaks, but this product is great for menstrual needs also. I have a really hard time with pads and tampon leaks, so this underwear protection is perfect as a backup.

First off, I need to say they not look or feel like a diaper. They fit just like your regular undies in the legs ,waist and bottom.Plus they are not noticeable under your clothes.So soft,comfortable and super absorbent to really keep you feeling dry. No signs of redness ,irritation or chafing  .Recommend to family and friends.

They are comfortable to wear and I don't have to worry about anyone knowing that I am wearing them. The best part is I can go anywhere without worrying about accidents.

I am on my third value pack of these and I must say I absolutely love them, the comfort is the highest I have ever seen and I can just forget I have them on. Also they are absorbent enough to last my entire work day without fail. Being incontinent since 1998 I have tried every pull up and tape-on diaper out there and these have really changed my opinion of pull up style diapers. They fit nice and snug and the pad is just the right length to cover what its supposed to.
