They ensure that she does not stain her sheets or clothes at night! I wish I would have thought to buy these when I gave birth! No one ever talks about what to expect after having a baby and these are amazing to prevent leaks and catch all of the flow. Highly recommend for those with heavy flow or postpartum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear is okay they make you feel like you have on regular underwear but the size things are off the size I got was supposed to be for weight up to 170 but they was extremely tight maybe if I had a size up I would like this a little more

I decided to try your product discreet underwear wow i was amazed how well they work and feel i fought bladder cancer and won ,it did leave a hole in my bladder other brands i was not happy with, i seen your brand on the shelf and said have nothing to lose in trying them, i am so happy i did I now go out on the town now and not be embarrassed before i just stayed home cause i was not comfortable with the other brand, so to always THANK YOU!!!!!!

I know that this product is marketed towards urine leaks, but this product is great for menstrual needs also. I have a really hard time with pads and tampon leaks, so this underwear protection is perfect as a backup.

No sagging The product is soft to the touch. You can tell the difference from the front and the back. No odor. Very comfortable. Very discreet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these if I’m out on a walk for a length of time without access to a restroom since this is when I’ve had my issues. These are lightweight and not bulky. The small size fits me nicely without gaps. I’m fairly thin but it has some flexibility to adjust to the person’s shape. It is not uncomfortable and doesn’t rub or scratch on a walk. Most impressive is the absorbency. My accidents result in a lot of volume and these don’t leak. I honestly didn’t expect that degree of absorbency. It obviously increased in weight and size with the added volume but continues to stay in place. Super pleased!

The old white ones were great, but the new slightly pink ones are not as good. They're thinner and a lot of the ones in my pack are ripped on the top back part where the absorbent stuff is, so it could fall out. The absorbent part also doesn't come up as much in the front, which was helpful to me as I tend to sleep on my stomach. They do seem a bit smaller in size small, which is nice since I'm kind of a small person and the older ones were a tad big.
