[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear are very good quality. They fit comfortably and work really well. They look great under my clothes and with jeans on you can't even tell that you aren't wearing a regular pair of undies. Now that I'm older I sometimes have issues with peeing while coughing and these underwear were great to wear while I was sick last week. I would definitely recommend these, they fit good and absorb well.

As for absorbency, Always is tops. No leakage. BUT as for fit, it's the bottom of the list for me. Your Small/Medium is too small, and your Large/ Extra Large too big. I weigh 147 pounds, am now only 5'2", but the Sm/Med is too short, only hugging my hips. And the puckered fabric is irritating my sensitive skin. I now use them only at night, and Silhouettes during the daytime. They fit, are comfortable, but not as leakproof. They are the Sm/Med size.
