This is the family favorite, goes well as taco/burrito meat. But we use it with noodles, rice for some Asian fusion food!

So so good just delicious!!! Real Mexican carnitas. Love them.

These carnutas are amazing! They are pretty authentic for something you're eating out of packaging. We chopped up some onion & cilantro, warmed up tortillas and made ourselves the best tacos with a little green salsa. Totally recommend!

The Carnitas is probably one of the absolute best pre-cooked pork I've ever had. This needs to become a staple in my home. I'll be buying them out especially when they are on sale cause they can be pricey. My husband is the pickiest eater and he can't even stop himself when I make this. I hope this product remains available in the very far future. Kudos to Del Real!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here in Oregon it is so difficult to find great Mexican food. Not anymore! I am so glad to have found Del Real Foods. So far everything we have tried; we love. Even their Salsa is one of the best we have ever had...including Mexico!

Very good flavor and easy to prepare

This product tastes great! It's also a great option for those days when you don't have time to cook dinner. I was just a little disappointed to see Maltodextrin in its list of ingredients.

I tried the tamales, carnitas and the barbacoa.. I will start off saying the carnitas were fantastic, the flavor was very good, meat is tender! Tamales were good, flavor was excellent, however very dry, needed a touch more sauce, overall good.. now the barbacoa was a disappointment, the meat was kinda tough, the taste was very different then what I am use to.. I am use to head meat, mild flavor and very juicy, San Antonio style. This Barbacoa tasted like Cajun style.. sorta like a watery crawfish boil and the meat was tough, did not like .. Overall I enjoyed the experience, I will order again and try other items !!

This food has high fat, keep frozen even though I thaw it for 3 days. Way too salty.The plastic is too thick, it's hard to tear. Not going to buy this again again. I couldn't eat them all at once so I didn't heat it all at once. And I have to work hard to get it out for single person portion.

I used to love the Del Real carnitas. I would have it with my eggs for breakfast, make a sandwich with it for lunch, and add it to my Mac and cheese for dinner. Now the las t two I have bought are not like the shredded carnitas I used to get. They are like little pork roasts that do not shre d easily and do not have the carnitas flavor throughout. I am sorry but I will no longer be purchasing your carnitas. It will be truly missed.
