I was predjudiced in my purchase, because I had purchased two similiar smaller units four years ago to cool two bedrooms in Maine when the temperature reached the eighties. Much to my surprise after installing two circulating fans in the inside walls, I was able to cool a 1000 sq. ft. building with ease using the energy saver feature. This unit was purchased to cool a poorly insulated Florida room of 350 sq ft. Again, using the energy saver feature, and this time with a temperature sensing remote I am able the easily keep the temperature at 73 deg. and humidity at 50% when the outside temp is in the low to mid eighties. I fully expect the unit to work easily as well this summer. The noise level is low, and the air flow adjustments allow good circulation. Installation was easy. I would highly recommend the Frigidaire product. It is more expensive than competitors, but has in my opinion outstanding value.

The product is great. Walmarts service was EXCELLENT. I went in and they were sold out of AC units because of the heat wave, I went home and purchased on line and within 4 days I had my AC in my home and working, THANK YOU

We wanted something that was quiet. Our last window Ac was very loud and hurt my ears. This one is quiet and cool. The AC is well constructed with good sheet metal thickness and well planned out. Very easy to install. Happy with AC.

15 minutes to install this product comes with easy installation directions and the remote makes it easy to control the temperature at night where you do not have to get out of bed to set it hire or lower great product for the money

I had bought 2, first one for my living room 2nd for my bedroom. The one in the bedrooms works really well cant complain. The one in livingroom takes a while to cool down the room because my kitchen and hallway is right next to each other. Noting is wrong with the ac but I do suggest if buying for a bigger area get a more powerful one

I got this ac for a very large room with high ceilings. Around 800 sq.ft. or so. Possibly bigger. Anyway, it cools it off to a comfortable temperature in the Louisiana summer. Not freezing cold, but considering it is for smaller rooms, this is understandable. I am happy with it and I would buy again.

Overall the product is good, I have used it only during the early June 2013 hot humid days in New Jersey. Found the product to be adequate in sound, this was one of my main concerns when buying the air conditioner. I find reading of the material, temperature settings, to be confusing. I guess as time goes on I will figure out the correct settings.

I bought this a/c for a bedroom and hallway/bath. I installed it temporarily in my den/dining/kitchen..which are much larger than the rated BTU for this a/c. It cooled my den and dining room quickly and quietly and pulled the humidity out of the air. It will be moved to the bedroom when my new a/c comes in and I can judge it better in much hotter weather, but safe to say, it certainly seems like a very good window a/c. Walmart service, site to store, was fast and easy, the a/c arrived with no damage and was easy to install.....A good buy

This a/c has a whole lot of features (sleep mode, timer, energy saver, air clean option, notification of when filter needs to be cleaned…) and while it works well in my opinion, it is very loud. It doesn't bother me, and it provides the noise my husband needs to fall asleep. But if someone needs quiet to fall asleep they're going to have problems with this a/c. My unit lasted just over two years before I had to replace it. These are not cheap so I was pretty upset that the warranty had already expired. I think air-conditioners should last 10 years at least. So I had to deduct two stars. I did purchase another one to replace the old one, hopefully this one will last longer than the previous one.
