Perfect for roast

Wonderful little potatoes with a decent price. the extra skins that are easier to eat are healty for you. these are great in the air fryer and delicious with brussel sprouts or other roasted veg. i like to do a honey mustard sauce on them before roasting. great for sheet pan meals. little to no prep. Definitely my favorite option for new potatoes. this company also makes wonderful little shake and bake dishes with different flavors. wonderful product! so tasty and perfect size

Ok if oven baked. The skin is slightly too thin to make the best oven potato. However stew and broth are very good as this spud can stand up.

These work great for potato salad or even mashed potatoes. I really like how smooth they are and no need to clean before cutting and cooking.

Very good potatoes. We are using Gold potatoes more and more these days and these are very good ones.
