I received a sample of the free and clear detergent by joining Generation Good, Seventh Generations website/community. Seventh generation not only cares for people but also for the environment. It is free from all dyes, optical brighteners or synthetic fragrances. It is great for people with sensitive skin. I use this for my entire family, including my 3 year old son. It has no fragrance and cleans any kinds of stains. I would totally recommend this to everyone.

I received the Free and Clear detergent for free in exchange for my honest review. This cleaned my man's socks great! I also used this soap for the bed linens of someone in my family with Rosacea and sensitive skin, they slept comfortably! I love cruelty-free natural products that are environmentally friendly and people friendly..AND it actually cleans well! I will definitely be switching to this brand's laundry detergent from here on out.

This detergent works well. It does a good job at cleaning and freshening the clothes. It has a nice scent that is not over perfume like and it is subtle once the clothes go through the dryer. My clothes were clean and fresh with a nice scent after using. It does not irritate the skin an rinses out well. I really like that it is made with plants and does a nice job in cleaning my clothes without additives or chemicals..

I really like the Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent Laundry Detergent samples I received. The scent is amazing and makes your laundry smell so nice. I since bought some of this detergent because it is such nicely scented detergent. I recommend this product. I received a free product for the purpose of my review.

So I guess it would depend on who was trying this for an opinion. For someone who uses natural products as much as possible I say it was just like using laundry detergent. The consistency, how it cleaned is what I'd expect. If I wasn't used to natural detergent I'd be amazed because it cleans just like regular non plant detergent. Sometimes it's hard to get the quality that we've come used to as our normal and it seems most natural things don't work well. Well when I was first into natural years ago it felt that way for me. The smell doesn't last which was disappointing, but overall a great detergent

Received a sample of Seventh Generation Free and Clear Detergent. We all have senstive skin in my home. Especially my daughter. I have to be very careful of what I purchase because she will always break out in hives even at times. To our surprise she did just fine with this one. No rash for a chance! No dyes and no perfumes! I love how easy this detergent is to use and how much better it is for my family and I. I feel good about using it knowing it is gentle on my kids skin. I also love that it actually gets our clothes clean. With kids we are dealing with a lot of different stains and they all come right out. I did receive this product for free for my review but my opinions are 100% my own and I will be repurchasing with my own money!

The wash went fine, but the scent was unbearable. I had to do an additional two washes in order for the scent to go away. It was ok in crowded areas, but when we are in a room, I can't stand the smell. Good thing my partner doesn't have an issue. I will not be purchasing this product but was happy to be able to try it.

I've become a Seventh Generation's Generation Good community. I've fallen head over heels for this amazing laundry detergent. I love this company, Very User Friendly online ordering. I could not ask for a better company for my cleaning products. They clean amazingly, smell is wonderfuly intoxicating... I'm in love with this company

I'm on my 4th hot water, heavy load wash, using way more than the bottle recommends, (meanwhile, it's a few T-shirt's and shorts and underwear), trying to get sweat smells out of our clothes. This detergent is one of the only ones I can use with my allergies but it does NOT get our clothes clean.
