I received a free product for the purpose of my honest review. After trying out the samples, I think Seventh Generation is a great laundry detergent. Not only is it effective in ensuring my clothes are clean, the lavender scent isn't overpowering, and I'm loving the fact that it's making for a more healthy environment.

I am new to Seventh Generation products and I recently started to try the Seventh Generation Natural Liquid Laundry Detergent with Blue Eucalyptus and Lavender scent. I was very surprised of the amount the cap told me to use. I thought it would need more liquid detergent due to past experiences with other detergents. Many other companies are claiming to be 2x concentrated but by the time the wash was done the clothes never seemed clean. I followed instructions with the bottle per load and was amazed at the clear liquid that poured from the bottle. Of course the scent was quite amazing as well but I couldn't imagine how a clear detergent could ever get my daughters black socks from running outside clean, be gentle enough on my business attire for work and clean my girls school uniforms. Of course I seperate my clothing as seem fit but I just was wondering what kind of results I would have. Well I am impressed with this product for sure. My daughters socks came out white and all of the other clothing attire and laundry came out extremely clean, smelled of a soft hint of lavender and Eucalyptus and most definitely seemed to be brighter than usual. This laundry detergent is absolutely amazing and I wish I had found this years ago! Without any dyes or harsh products my family no longer has to suffer from any breakouts or chemicals going into their skin. I have washed most of my laundry now in cold water in my HE washing machine using the minimal amount stated of detergent as needed and have saved a great deal from using this detergent. I have been able to get stains out of clothing I once could not and only in one wash. I will definitely continue to use this Seventh Generation Natural Liquid Laundry Detergent for my family and highly recommend it. I like using it on my baby's sheets and have resorted to buying the scented eucalyptus and lavender detergent because the only thing I missed was a Smell. It's very fresh smelling and keeps our washing machine smelling fresh afterwards.

I love this!! I have been using Seventh Generation detergent in the alpine falls scent and was so excited when they introduced the lavender scent. Same great clean you get from the regular formula, but with a light, beautiful lavender fragrance!! Perfect for bedclothes, intimates, and regular laundry too!

Mmmm the smell of lavender is a very calming & soothing scent. Smells like a stronger detergent than what I currently use. Surprisingly it was a clear liquid too without any purple hue ha. Natural ingredients and good for the environment which is great! I liked this one. I'm glad I got to try this thank you Seventh Generation

Every winter my family experiences extreme dry skin, and even products claiming to be okay for sensitive or dry skin can irritate it. So this winter I have been using Seventh Generatiom Free and Clear laundry detergent and I have to say that after two loads I'm converted! I will be using this detergent all year long. It gets my clothes feeling clean and fresh, and of course I love that it is free of chemicals, dyes, and scents. And it doesn't irritate my skin. With that, my youngest is 1 and he is currently having issues with eczema. I feel confident in using this soap knowing that it won't give him a flare up.

I liked this detergent a lot. It worked well in my conventional washer. It seemed to do a good job of getting the clothes clean, and it made them smell good with the lavender scent. Another nice part is that this detergent is made with natural elements, with no harsh chemicals or dyed. That makes me feel good about using it on my family's clothes. I received a free sample of Seventh Generation Free & Clear Laundry Detergent and tried it. It worked really well. My clothes came out clean and I loved that there was no fragrance on them to make my skin itch and eyes water. I would recommend it for everyone, but especially if you have sensitive skin like me.
