The price is great and the water tates much better than my city water. The only thing I dont like is we refill them and the caps I bought dont fit. Maybe include a cap with the bottle.

The new square bottles suck. They are taller and barely fit in my water cooler. The spout for my cooler does not even reach the bottom of the square bottle. Bring back the shorter round bottles

Worst shaped container. The bottle caysed my eater dispenser to leak as the bottle gradually became sucked in and appeared almost flat while still on the dispenser. Will nevet purchase again. Never happened with the original round water bottles. Worst mistake to change the bottles shape to rectangular!

I've been buying the dispenser water bottles from Sam's for many years, and this new square design is absolutely awful. No matter how you try to open the top, water spills everywhere. I bought my dispenser at Sam's, and the water bottle barely fits inside because it is taller. The tube that goes into the bottle to suck up the water now does not reach the bottom so you have to take the bottle out and tilt it sideways or dump out the water into another container. The square shape now doesn't fit to the rounded bottle tower holder that I have for storage. It is a complete mess. A terrible decision, and I am now going to start buying water elsewhere. I understand it must have been a logistical decision, but hopefully Sam's will change the design back to something practical, and not fill the water to the very top.

I have a gravuty feed dispenser. So, I get all of the water. However, I have to watch every jug for water under the cap. It means the seal has already been broken. Depending on where the seal is broken, when we put it on the dispenser there is a chance it will just keep draining. The suction tension won't work. Also, the price is starting to get out of hand. I can refill at a refill station for about half or 2/3 the price. Except, the new bottles won't fit. So engineered obsolescence.

Since they change style of the jugs from round to square , . they are a bit taller ,not sucking the water at the very bottom with my primo dispenser. , also they fill the water to the top, and when removing the plastic top , water spills out. such a waste.

I'll start by saying this is my favorite water by far! Let's talk specifications. The new design of the bottle is a complete miss. The probe does not empty and leaves around 40oz of water inside the bottle! Now let's talk about the the overfilling. Every time I open the top I end up having to mop the floor. Sam's you need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Ive had the bottom load Primo cooler for several years. The 4 gallon round bottles from Sams always fit perfectly, but were recently designed to a taller square bottle. The new square bottles do not fit in my cooler! We have been having to dump them into an old bottle but will probably end up searching for a refillable that fits.

This water bottle does not fit the extraction tube. The tube is not long enough to reach the bottom of the 4 gallon square container. It leaves close to half a gallon of water still in the container when you have to change it out because it is showing empty.

Almost doesn’t fit into my dispenser. So tall the tubing doesn’t reach the bottom on bottle .
