Great and affordable, 4 gallon square bottles easy to handle and not too heavy even for an elderly person, although a handle on the bottle for a better grip would make it perfect

Since they changed the Shape and height of the container the PRIMO hot and cold below water cooler leaves at least 2.5 inches of water left at the bottom of the bottle it does NOT NOW reach to the bottom wasting 8-10 % of the water

More awkward than the round bottles. These are not very user friendly and I would not have thought they would be more awkward to carry and install than the round bottles. Do not like the aesthetics of the square bottles either.

The water bottle to flimsy and the water is not that great. When placed in the dispenser the water bottle starts collapsing inward when you pour water

These square bottles are filled too high just like the previous, so a lot of water is spilled when changing them in the dispenser. Also, it is a higher bottle, so a good amount of water is left in the bottom of the bottle.

I didn't realize how great a bargain this item was until I got online and compared prices to similar dispensers. I love the feature that dispenses both hot and chilled water. The only downside (and it doesn't necessarily apply to the dispenser) is that Sam's now only carries the 4-gallon water jugs. If you go to a location that you can refill your used jugs, it traditionally dispenses in 5-gallon increments. You can dispense one gallon at a time, but it is time-consuming. I highly recommend this water dispenser after checking online and comparing prices to similar items. It was obvious that this unit had the best price and features. I especially like the ability to dispense both chilled and hot water. The only downside (and it doesn't apply to the unit but to the Sam's store) is they only carry the 4-gallon bottles of water. If you go to refill your used bottles, it is time-consuming as you have to dispense one gallon at a time into your jug from Sam's Club as opposed to being able to dispense the normal 5 gallons into the used jug.

Not crazy about the new design

Water quality and tast is good. Removal of top is not very easy at all, and I am a large guy.

These are conveniently sized. We went camping and these are like the perfect size to lift and maneuver. It helps that they are squared and the opening fits most dispensers as well. Im going to buy a few more for emergencies.

The price is great and the water tates much better than my city water. The only thing I dont like is we refill them and the caps I bought dont fit. Maybe include a cap with the bottle.
