I was really concerned when you didn't have 4 gal bottled water in your stores as your water saves me almost $9.00 per bottle versus the large delivery companies. But you are back with a newly designed bottle square and easier to handle. I bought 8 bottles just because I like your product, it fits in my bottom load cooler and saves me a great deal of money. And yes it tastes great also. Thank you for taking on the water delivery industry as a Sams customer I appreciate the fact that you supply us with discounts, delivery and pick up many companies do not.

The water itself is great. Having them so full it spills everywhere is not so great.

Cool shape, handy, but not in stock when we needed another. Searched store, asked associates, none to be found. Returned home and looked online; sure enough, said you had some in inventory! Went back the next day, and once again, none to be found. Is your inventory system that bad or ??

Weird shape and size opposed to the round ones. Too tall for my faucet hose. New shape oes not fill a milk crate anymore.

Bottle too tall and dispenser hose doesn't reach bottom leaving 1/2 gallon of water in bottle. Plus I'm old and roll the round Bottle where I need it so I don't have to pick it up. Water is fine.

I give Member's Mark kudos for improving the shape to be square, but when they did, they made the bottle too tall and the straw from the machine (in the picture) does not reach anywhere near the bottom and so we lose a liter of water per bottle.

Little disappointing we just started using them due to the other bottles not in stock. They are taller which causes major spill when hooking up. Therefore having to dump some out before hooking up. Also machine goes red before bottle is empty and waste of water in bottom.

Bring back the round bottles please. Not enough thought went into this “new” square bottle to work with the Primo water dispensers that Sams sells. First problem is the square bottle is too tall to even fit in some of the dispensers and second problem is those it does fit into the dispenser hose that goes in the bottle isn’t long enough to remove all the water leaving about a quart in the bottom of the jug. Third…..it would have been a sign of customer service to inform buyers when it listed the round water jugs as “out of stock” (and none to be found within 150 miles) that they did intend to replace them with a different product, perhaps “Coming Soon” a square bottle that may or may not fit and one that certainly won’t dispense all 4 gallons. Try to do better please

Worst container - leaves a large amount of water in the bottle when the change light comes on. No handle - very heavy and awkward to lift into the dispenser. All bottles overflow when placing the tube into a new bottle as well, so the supplier has an apparent problem with regulating the fill of their bottle. Sam's also needs to find a way to recycle these empty bottles here in Louisiana. I hate having to send them to the landfill.
