I had this product for ages and I like it so much because it serves the purpose and no maintenance needed to apply . Good for parties and family gatherings . Must have in the kitchen,outdoor or indoor If I may say.

Just installed this at our office. Seems to be working well. Unfortunately, the batteries that came with it were completely dead. Do not know the durability of this dispenser yet... we will see.

This product has some serious design flaws which make it not very good for commercial use. The rolls are expensive and really dont save the money you expect them to. The springs which hold the towels in place are weak and many times come loose when the towel roll is new. I recommend the manual dispensers over these anyday.

Easy to install, no electrical hook-up required and batteries seem to last a long time, hands free operation is great too

Will buy this product again if another one is needed. Very good product. Is worth the money.

We should have switched to these sooner. Works great. Less paper waste.
