The sensor went out after one year, so we have to leave the cover open so you can push the button to dispense the paper, changed batteries of course but still will not work and I can not get any response from maker. Does not look professional at all, my next purchase will have to be one that is not automated.

Sensor Stopped Working.. No Warranty

Way better than the previous one that we had. Don’t have to wave your hand in front of it - as soon as you tear off one paper towel, it automatically dispenses another
