We have been using this type of towel dispenser for a year - liked them so much we continue to replace current dispensers with this one

Purchased for school application. Pre-schoolers are operating it with ease. They were having trouble with the manual dispenser.

Dispensers were simple to install, replacing old manual pull down dispensers and the mounting holes were exactly the same!! Took about 5 minutes to swap them out!!

I brought this a month ago for a fire station. Used very frequently and so far it's working perfectly. Also when it dispenses it is very quiet. Also very easy to mount.

Overall good quality towel dispenser that accepts various widths of rolled towels. The only thing I don't care for is the locking mechanism, that part seems very cheap.

Great paper towel dispenser! Has saved our Bakery/Cafe a ton of paper towels with these long-lasting rolls from Georgia Pacific. Easy to put up and maintenance, would highly recommend for high traffic sinks and restrooms at a minimum!

Have purchased several of these and was very pleased. This last one I ordered is faulty. It only dispenses 6” of paper and will not allow more regardless of adjustment options. Wish I had not purchased this one.

The sensor went out after one year, so we have to leave the cover open so you can push the button to dispense the paper, changed batteries of course but still will not work and I can not get any response from maker. Does not look professional at all, my next purchase will have to be one that is not automated.

For around $36 this was an easy purchase. Functionally it works great. It's a little loud and sticks out more than most but for the price you'll be happy with the purchase. Got one in each bathroom and kitchen at home. Very worth the convenience factor :)

This is a lower-end product that runs off 4 D cell batteries. Even though the box indicates that an option is available for an AC adapter, it is nearly impossible to find and purchase for an individual (non-contractor). It took me many phone calls and over 40 minutes on hold to get to the point that I decided to give up and return the product.
