This is a lower-end product that runs off 4 D cell batteries. Even though the box indicates that an option is available for an AC adapter, it is nearly impossible to find and purchase for an individual (non-contractor). It took me many phone calls and over 40 minutes on hold to get to the point that I decided to give up and return the product.

Have purchased several of these and was very pleased. This last one I ordered is faulty. It only dispenses 6” of paper and will not allow more regardless of adjustment options. Wish I had not purchased this one.

I have shopped all around for this dispenser, and Sam's Club has the absolute best price. This is a very nice high quality dispenser and is an exceptional value for the price.

I like that I can control the length of towel and speed of repeat because I know I'm saving money this way. People will waste less. I just bought another one for the break room.

I have used the dispenser for 8 months and have had no troubles. It works great and I am still using the batteries it came with. We use it in a commercial kitchen. For the price it is a great deal. I will be ordering 4 more.

I bought one for our bathroom at work a year ago. Has worked great. I have since bought 4 more. They seam to work perfectly. Evertone in the company loves them.
