I have purchased the smaller sized package (16 oz?) numerous times. When placing this order, I noticed the 32oz. size option which I had never seen before. When I received my order, I saw that the coffee was not compressed and vacuum packed. It may be my imagination, but the coffee seemed to taste less fresh. I will not purchase this size again, although I will continue to buy.

I grew up in Louisiana surrounded by Community Coffee drinkers. Just like most kids, I moved away to experience the world .. and have been looking for ‘home’ for most of my years since then 😂 Thankfully I can order Community Coffee shipped to my home though. Not only does every cup taste delicious, for a bit of time it hugs my heart as if I was sitting at my Momma’s table having a chat and enjoying her smile! I have tried many different coffees over the years and none compare to a good ole cup of Community. And that’s probably it right there. All the other coffees have been just that, a cup of coffee. But Community Coffee goes beyond that. It’s COMMUNITY, it’s HOME!

Having lived in New Orleans for 13 years (many years ago) we became addicted to the wonderful coffee and chicory that is a staple there. And Community Coffee knows how to make it! We have imported our daily coffee ration to our home in Wisconsin since we left there in 1987. Highly recommended.

This is my first use of a chicory root coffee and I'm a huge coffee drinker so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a little bitter and takes a bit to get used to but I'm so glad to change over to this coffee/chicory root coffee. The benefits have been awesome and I didn't notice any caffeine withdrawals. AWESOME!!!

Great coffee, the chicory makes it stand out from all other blends. All other non community coffee blens taste like tea to me. I was in the Navy when I came to New Orleans in 1987, and when I started dating my date introduced me to Community w/chicory. This is our first bag of the arabica/chicory coffee from the COMMUNITY store. It is absolutely delicious with less caffeine if anyone cares about that. I do! We even use our espresso maker. We use one coffee/table spoon for one large cup of the best tasting coffee you will ever wish for! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING IT!!!!!

I fell in love with the coffee/chicory combo when I visited New Orleans for a conference. When my local store decided it was too far north to make carrying the product worthwhile, I started ordering online from Community Coffee. Fringe benefit, as a teacher's kid, is that I can help support local schools down in that area!

i love my chicory. but when company comes over i mix it with the dark roast and everyone loves it. used to live in Louisiana which Community is a state coffee so when i moved i get mine online and never could give up the coffee and chicory. it's strong without being bitter. it's nostalgia for me

My husband and I have traveled the world with the Air Force and somehow we stumbled upon Community Coffee along one of our tours and we are customers for life! Weve had some pretty good coffee throughout Europe and honestly none can compare to the coffee to Community Coffee with Chicory! It's so dark and rich YET so smooth!!! It appears it's going to blow your socks off because it doesnt lighten up much even with creamer but wow - delicious!!! By far our favorite!

This is my favorite coffee much better than any other brand I have tried. It has a full rich flavor hot or cold. It is a great value for the price. Delivery of the coffer was fast and efficient the shipment arrived several days before I expected it to.
